The location is simply breathtaking—right on the shores of the Dead Sea, with stunning views and direct access to the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed the unique experience of the Dead Sea mud, which is available right on-site, adding a special touch to the visit. The resort itself is a true five-star destination. The facilities are top-notch, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the food was excellent with a variety of options to satisfy every taste. From check-in until check-out, everything was wonderful and more than excellent. We were assisted at the reception by a person named Salah. Salah is an amazing person, very kind and polite in his attitude. All the hotel staff are extremely friendly, always helpful with everything, constantly checking if guests are comfortable, smiling, and very quick to respond. This warm and professional attitude of the staff is something truly special. The rooms are clean and well organized every morning, with a beautiful sea view. The food is fresh and very good, though not very diverse over several days. The hotel is very close to the beach and also near the mall, both within walking distance. I highly recommend the experience. It is suitable for both families and couples.

The staff here are simply amazing. There seems to be a great team spirit and the staff are polite, happy and fun! There's a point in life you realise that this is the most important thing in a hotel. Honestly everyone was great and I have to call out Mohammad (concierge), Salah (front desk), Sheila (breakfast) and Hussien (beach) who all went out of their way to make our stay really special. Thank you. We paid for a bargain upgrade to a suite and it was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Comfy bed and pillows. Entertainment every evening.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Dead Sea and truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, helpful and always ready to assist with anything we needed. The food was delicious, and we loved the variety of restaurants available. The pool bar was great for a relaxed drink in the sun, and the beach and pool service was excellent – comfy loungers, towels ready, and drinks brought right to us.
