We stayed at the hotel for 5 days in 3 rooms with kids and had an amazing time. Everything was super clean, the food was delicious, and all the pools were heated with really warm water,everything about the hotel and it’s facilities was perfect . But the highlight of the stay was the staff , Rosilla at the Kids Paradise was so sweet and attentive with the kids, they loved her! In the dining room, Reham, Janille, Yousef, and Mohammed were all incredibly polite and sweet and paid attention to every little detail. Mohammed at the reception was also super helpful and made everything easy for us. Everyone was so kind and welcoming ,we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

Hilton comfort and style one expects. The major positive point of the hotel is the staff, who makes you feel very welcome and goes over and beyond to make your stay great. Special thanks goes to Reham working in the main restaurant, her smile and great energy were a true highlight.

Absolutely Incredible Stay at Hilton Dead Sea! Wow! My experience at Hilton Dead Sea was nothing short of amazing! Although I initially had a small issue with the bed in my room, the hotel’s exceptional service completely turned things around. Mr. Abdullah Al Manaseer, the duty manager, went above and beyond—without hesitation, he upgraded me to a beautiful suite and even offered complimentary breakfast as a gesture of hospitality. The level of care and professionalism was truly outstanding. From the breathtaking Dead Sea views to the luxurious amenities, everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring a perfect stay. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a hotel stand out!
